Salary:
$100,000 (first 6 months) → $132,000 (after 6 months) → $150,000 (after 1 year) → up to $175,000 by year 3 (subject to KPIs) (read special conditions below)

The Role

We’re seeking a Generalist Supervising Lawyer to lead and develop our growing team.
You’ll manage your own caseload and supervise two junior lawyers while shaping the culture and direction of the practice.

This role suits a Supervising Lawyer who wants leadership, flexibility and career growth within a forward-thinking firm.

About You

Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with an unrestricted practising certificate (or eligible to obtain one.

Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervising Lawyer
Proven leadership and mentoring ability
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless, remote environment
