The opportunity
Ideal for an admitted Solicitor (or admission pending) seeking hands-on exposure across parenting, property, and domestic violence matters. You'll receive structured supervision, clear progression, and a balanced mix of litigation and ADR.

You will

Assist on files spanning divorce, parenting, property settlements, financial agreements, and domestic violence.

Draft affidavits, applications, consent orders, correspondence, and briefs to counsel.

Prepare court documents and attend mentions, directions hearings, and mediations with senior lawyers.

Manage client communications, maintain meticulous file notes, and support disclosure processes.

Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy.

You have

0–2 years PAE (QLD admission required; recent graduates and newly admitted solicitors welcome).

A genuine interest in family law and client care.

Strong drafting, organisation, and attention to detail.

Clear, empathetic communication and a collaborative mindset.
