We are looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to take the lead on family law matters and become a key part of our team.

The Role

You will:

Manage a diverse range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic violence matters.

Work directly with clients, delivering practical and compassionate legal solutions.

Draft court documents and appear before the Family Court and Magistrates Court.

Collaborate closely with support staff, including junior lawyers and paralegals assigned to assist with administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

An admitted solicitor with 3+ years’ PAE in Family Law who holds an unrestricted practising certificate.

Demonstrated experience appearing before Family Court and Magistrates Court

Skilled in client management, litigation, and negotiation.

Empathetic, organised, and driven to make a difference.
