Position Title: Conveyancer / Paralegal / Property Solicitor

Practice Area: Property Law

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced legal professional to join our practice, specialising in property law. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters from inception through to settlement, ensuring the highest standards of legal service and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery

• Liaise with external stakeholders including real estate agents, legal practitioners, conveyancers, and financial institutions

• Conduct relevant property searches and obtain required certificates

• Undertake administrative duties as necessary to support legal processes

• Demonstrated experience in managing conveyancing files to completion

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities

• Strong professional work ethic and commitment to excellence

• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
