Requirements:

Proven experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service

Excellent communication skills and well-spoken English

Strong understanding of guest service and presentation standards

Wine knowledge or interest in developing it will be highly regarded

Ability and willingness to relocate to Daylesford (accommodation may be available)

Must work well as part of a small, professional team
