Adecco are excited to partner with a 5 Star Hotel near Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking experienced Food & Bev and Barista / Bar Staff for re-occurring Casual Shifts.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, high-quality service throughout their dining experience
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining areas to 5-star presentation standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally
- Follow hygiene, safety, and RSA regulations at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with event setups, room service, and special functions as required.
Baristas / Bar Staff
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and/or café areas
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations when appropriate
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment with precision
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory checks
- Ensure compliance with RSA and hotel service standards
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment
Your Profile
- Valid RSA – Essential
- Minimum 3 days availability per week
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality setting is highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable Grooming & Appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellence
We are hosting information sessions next Tuesday and Wednesday. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend one of these sessions, so please ensure you are available.
