About the Role

As an Event Wait Staff member, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive guest experience. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:

Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly

Setting up and packing down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and décor

Assisting with bar service (where applicable)

Clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth flow of service

Working closely with the team to ensure high service standards are met throughout the event

About You

Motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude

Able to work well in a team and adapt quickly to changing environments

Professional, punctual, and well-presented

Comfortable working in fast-paced event settings

Available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – essential

Previous hospitality or event experience preferred but not required

Must be available to start immediately
