The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with strong React expertise and a solid foundation in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging interfaces that align with modern design and accessibility standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver seamless, high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deliver user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric;
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and JavaScript;
• Upgrade and support legacy Angular applications during modernization initiatives;
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and BA teams to ensure cohesive delivery;
• Implement best practices for UI/UX, including responsive layouts and optimised user flows;
• Participate in team meetings and discussions, and contribute to delivery milestones;
• Maintain design consistency and alignment with modern UX best practices and standards; and
• Write maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in front-end development;
• Strong hands-on expertise with React.js and JavaScript;
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Angular, and RESTful APIs;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern front-end build pipelines;
• Strong understanding of responsive design;
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows;
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong attention to detail;
• Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences;
• Committed to maintaining high standards of code quality and performance; and
• Eager to learn, share knowledge, and stay updated with evolving front-end technologies.
