Solution Engineer - Applied AI Systems
Salary: $130,000 to $180,000 base + super + share options

You will work in small, high-performing teams designing and deploying solutions such as intelligent agents, workflow automation tools and decision-support systems built around large language models and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered applications in production environments
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines and model services into existing systems
• Work closely with client and internal engineers to define architecture and deliver outcomes
• Apply sound software engineering principles to ensure reliability and performance
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, components and delivery standards
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes

You Will Bring

• Solid engineering background with experience in Python, TypeScript or similar
• Proven experience delivering production systems involving APIs, data models and orchestration layers
• Knowledge of large language models or generative AI toolchains (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.)
• Ability to analyse business problems and translate them into technical design
• Clear communication skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders
• Adaptability and curiosity to stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks
