Task & Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including general service, cleanliness and operations.

Maintain compliance with liquor licensing regulations.

Recruit, train, and supervise casual bar staff to uphold high Club standards.

Manage suppliers, and ensure all client requirements are met.

Manage inventory, and monitor budgets for bar supplies.

Liaise with external businesses to compliment our bar offerings.

Oversee functions where applicable.

Maximise profitability and revenue generation.

Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives.

Work closely with Club Manager to ensure smooth running of the Bar operations.

Set the tone for our welcoming Club atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:

RSA and Approved Bar Manager's License.

Previous business and bar management experience required.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and drive business growth with a can-do attitude.

Experience with SwiftPOS systems desirable.

Confident computer skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as per event schedules.

Drivers license.

Hold, or be willing to obtain prior to work commencing, a WWCC and National Police Clearance
