About the Role:
As Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our busy venue, ensuring smooth service and a great guest experience across both bar and restaurant areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high service standards

Managing and supporting a team of front-of-house staff

Providing on-the-go training and leadership to team members

Opening and closing the venue

Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

Maintaining a positive, professional, and energetic work environment

About You:

Previous experience in a similar bar/restaurant management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A passion for great service and team development
