Our client is a leading neuro-affirming private practice on the Mornington Peninsula, offering a hybrid Child Psychologist role combining therapy, formal assessments, and group programs.

Work across vibrant Mornington and Frankston hubs with flexibility for remote report writing, and enjoy a supportive caseload with full books from day one.
This role can commence on a mutually agreed date to suit your availability.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary range of AUD 90,000–115,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time), with options for salary or contractor model including superannuation for contractors.
  • Hybrid working model ensuring a balanced workload of in-clinic sessions and remote administration, with full books from day one for guaranteed patient flow.
  • Minimum three days per week on-site, with preference for four days, and flexibility to negotiate shift patterns to support work-life balance.
  • Generous professional development allowance, supporting attendance at internal and external training and clear pathways to board-approved supervision.

Requirements

  • Full AHPRA endorsement with 6 months to 2 years post-registration experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Proficiency in conducting formal assessments (MIGDAS, ADHD screeners) and navigating NDIS and Medicare referral pathways.
  • Passion for paediatric neurodiversity, inclusive practice, and collaborative multidisciplinary teamwork.
