You’re an Occupational Therapist with 1.5+ years of experience, ideally in the NDIS space.

You’re confident working independently in the community and enjoy the flexibility of mobile practice.

You have a strong foundation in neurological rehab, and you understand the journey from hospital to home.

You’re a natural problem solver, someone who can spot gaps, identify risks, and take initiative.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification

A valid driver’s license.

Strong clinical reasoning, report writing, and communication skills

Confidence working independently across South Brisbane, Ipswich, and Redland

Remuneration & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and the value you bring to our team:

Salary Range: $89,000 – $98,000 per annum

Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Caseload KPI: 28 billable hours/week

Location Coverage: South Brisbane, Ipswich, and Redland
