About the role

Integrate Rehab, a leading provider of occupational therapy and case management services, is seeking a dedicated Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time or part time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support our allied health professionals in achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assist allied health professionals to research and implement essential treatment, care and supports

Identify support needs through review of existing documents

Identify and implement required support services for clients and monitor the effectiveness of services

Draft documentation to support reporting requirements

Monitor and document client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising clinician

Contribute to the overall operation of the practice by undertaking administrative tasks as required

Participate in team meetings and continue professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with stakeholders

Initiative to proactively identify, implement and monitor tasks to support our client’s needs

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Excellent ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with competing demands

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing highest standard care

Proficient in using technology, including electronic client management systems.
