💼 Role Type: Part-time ~0.6 FTE
📍 Location: Work From Home - Must be based in Queensland to enable Vic/NSW Public Holiday cover and in person training
🕐 Days/Hours: This role is currently rostered across Thursday/Friday (full days) and choice of Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays to ensure consistent client service and administrative coverage. While these days are fixed to meet current team needs, there may be scope to review them in future as capacity grows. You’ll be expected to be fully available and working from your home office during rostered hours (excluding standard breaks) to answer calls and respond to enquiries.

Our team provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry across client's home in South East Queensland, Victoria and Sydney
💬 About the Role
Customer Service and team support are not just words in a job title, these qualities are the heart and soul of our Remarkable admin team. In this role, you’ll be:
Answering inbound calls and emails from clients and health professionals with compassion and confidence
Making welcome calls to clients before commencing services, walking them through what to expect, discuss funding, and answer any questions.
Managing appointment bookings and client enquiries
Reviewing and entering client information into cloud-based software
Communicating clearly in writing via email and internal chat
Collaborating with colleagues across states to support smooth operations
Allocating clients to appropriate clinicians
Juggling tasks and shifting priorities with calm efficiency
💡 About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience working from home and a quiet, private space to take calls uninterrupted
Have 3+ year's experience in home healthcare administration, ideally including experience with home care packages (support at home) or NDIS
Are confident on the phone, speaking kindly and clearly to people of all ages and situations
Are organised, adaptable, and comfortable switching gears
Have strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
Are tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
Can work independently, while also contributing meaningfully to a remote team
Appreciate a good laugh, even on a busy day!

🖥 Work Environment Requirements:
As this is a work-from-home role, you’ll need a quiet, private workspace where you can take calls without background noise or interruptions. You’ll also need to provide your own computer equipment, ideally with dual monitors for efficiency, and a reliable internet connection. A headset with microphone is strongly recommended for clear phone communication.
