Euro Car Electronics, located in the heart of Maroochydore, is looking for a motivated and technically minded E-Commerce Coordinator to take full ownership of our online store — eurocarupgrades.com.au — and help us drive the next phase of digital growth.

We are searching for someone who doesn’t just “manage” a store but runs it like their own business — optimising product listings, managing inventory, improving workflows, and significantly increasing online sales through smart use of GHL CRM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about the automotive industry and who understands what makes European vehicles special. You’ll be working daily with thousands of car parts and performance products, so a genuine interest in cars and knowledge of how components fit together is a huge advantage.

You’ll join a highly skilled and forward-thinking team in our state-of-the-art Maroochydore facility, managing the digital side of operations while collaborating closely with our workshop and sales departments.

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day online store tasks (Magento platform).

Provide sales and customer support (email, phone, in person).

Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and website content.

Handle invoices and orders (Xero experience highly regarded).

Support marketing with daily social media posts (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate sales, stock, and customer enquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for cars & the automotive industry.

Strong written & verbal English communication skills (client-facing role).

Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or sales support.

Experience with Magento and/or Xero an advantage.

Physically fit – able to assist with stock and workshop coordination.

A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a good eye for marketing content.

Role Details:

Part-time to full-time: 25–38 hours per week (depending on skills offered).

Location: Buderim, Sunshine Coast (workshop based).

Training: Full training provided for the right candidate.
