A leading global consumer goods business is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their Sydney team. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer support, accurate order management, and strong coordination between internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for managing customer orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the supply chain.

• Manage customer enquiries and order processing through the company’s ERP system (SAP).
• Monitor order fulfilment and delivery status, proactively resolving any issues or delays.
• Liaise closely with internal teams across logistics, sales, and supply planning.
• Support the coordination of promotional activities and pricing updates.
• Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
• Assist with reporting and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
• Provide professional, timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination (FMCG or similar industry preferred).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Intermediate Excel and reporting skills.
