About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative customer service agents to join our dynamic team in West Footscray. If you thrive in a supportive team environment with recognition for a job well done, then Independence Australia is for you! Part time and Full time positions available!

• Be the first point of contact for our customers and address their enquiries at our inbound Customer Contact centre (by telephone and email)
• Apply attention to detail when you process orders for our diverse customer base
• Build effective workplace relationships with the team to contribute to positive customer outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Full time- Have the peace of mind to plan your life as your rotating roster is set in advance and runs for 3 months
• Part time- 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday

About You
We understand you may not have all our ideal skills listed; however, we encourage you to apply if you feel you have the drive and depth of experience that would add value to our team!

• A drive to provide customers with the best customer service experience on any interaction
• Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre environment
• Accurate data entry skills and value attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills to create positive interactions and relationships with customers and other staff members
• NDIS Workers Screening check or willingness to obtain one
