Telesales & Customer Service Operator – Casual | Office-Based | Thomastown
Location: Thomastown, VIC Hours: Monday to Friday – shift times vary:
• 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM • 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour + supportive workplace culture

Work Environment:
This is a casual, office-based role situated inside a live chicken processing facility. While you won’t work on the production floor, you must be comfortable working near live poultry and related processing operations, including exposure to background sounds and odours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and calls and emails
• Take and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with professionalism
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry
• Adapt quickly to changes in systems, products, or customer expectations
• Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced office setting
• Follow OH&S and site safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, call centre, or telesales
• Strong keyboard and data entry skills with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to prioritise tasks
• Resilient and calm under pressure
• Comfortable in an office located within a live poultry facility
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
