You have excellent customer service and phone skills, along with experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
You have high-level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
You have sound computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
You are proactive in problem solving and enjoy working in both a team environment, and autonomously when required
You are adaptable to change and can work across multiple spaces depending on the need
