ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Operations - Oceania, the Manager, Integrations Services will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end to end integration experience for software partners and enterprise clients. This role will oversee the strategy, delivery and ongoing success of integrated payment solutions for our ISVs and enterprise clients.

This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role - you’ll collaborate with ISVs to embed our payment capabilities into their products, helping them to expand their value proposition and accelerate growth. You will also play a leading role to improve integration processes, mature the function and deliver a significant improvement in the customer experience.

SALARY

The salary range for this role is $145,000 – 152,000 base + superannuation

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the API suite and related payment platforms;

Develop close and effective working relationships with sales, product, operations, and engineering teams;

Assist with the boarding of software partners and their education on our API, integration methods and platforms;

Support the presentation, negotiation, and workshoping with potential partners and clients to understand and elicit business and technical requirements. Then use this understanding and knowledge of the APIs and payment platform to collaborate on a recommended a PCI compliant and customer-centric integration approach;

Document and certify each integration design, and recertification as required;

Assist with the design, development, release, promotion and management of API enhancements and upgrades;

Assist clients and partners with integration support issues. Provide a high level of technical support to software partners, software developers and integrated clients to resolve integration problems and issues;

Work with the Partner and Relationship Management teams to ensure the ongoing value derived from all integrations;

Maintain integration documentation and educate internal stakeholders on key integrations;

Lead client software migrations across different software platforms to ensure a seamless client experience;

Contribute to the ongoing development of the API product suite and assist with user acceptance testing of API releases and software deployments;

Improve Integration Services processes, tooling and automation;

Support the creation of sandbox accounts for clients and partners and monitor sandbox utility and integrity as a testing environment;

Monitor industry trends, web technologies, and standards to recommend and drive API/product improvements;

Lead and manage Integrations Services team members and help grow the team to support business growth

ABOUT YOU

Essential Skills and Experience:

7+ years experience in a software development environment focusing on delivering product or change against a customer lifecycle;

Experience in business or system analysis within enterprise software, software as a service or web services;

Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping;

Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal, presentation and negotiating with the ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels;

Experience with database platforms including SQL Server and Oracle;

Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail; and

Ability to acquire a broad understanding of integration architectures and APIs.

Demonstrable management experience including the ability to get the best out of staff and addressing people or performance issues in a timely and effective manner;

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation;

Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills with very high attention to detail; and

Passion for delivering great experiences both internally and externally.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Sales engineering or technical experience in software development

Knowledge and experience with payments industry

Exposure to high volume transaction environments

Knowledge or experience with PCI DSS and data/cyber security
