This role is focused for someone with a great eye for detail and mechanical knowledge to accurately distinguish both genuine and aftermarket parts.

Your responsibilities will include working hand in hand with suppliers, warehouse staff and maintenance teams to ensure efficient sourcing of correct parts and inventory to upcoming works.

Main Duties Will Include:

• Identify customer requirements and source suitable parts accordingly
• Utilize parts catalogues and digital platforms to confirm availability and pricing
• Manage inventory effectively and record stock movements with precision
• Provide expert advice and support to customers
• Prepare comprehensive quotations and handle sales documentation
• Support warehouse operations and assist with deliveries when needed

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge within the spare parts industry
• Must be physically fit and knowledge of warehouse environments
• Proficient mechanical understanding of heavy rigid vehicles
• Ability to liaise between customer and suppliers
• Previous experience with inventory or mechanical maintenance program
