This is an opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and ability to source and identify distinct parts for our customers client base.

You’ll be responsible for obtaining parts for a wide range of trucks and trailers, supporting both customers and internal sales teams.

Location: Brisbane
Hourly Rate: $40/hr
Shifts/Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time hours
Main Duties Will Include:

• Assess customer needs and sourcing appropriate parts
• Use of parts catalogues and digital systems to verify stock and pricing
• Oversee inventory control and document stock movements accurately
• Deliver knowledgeable support and guidance to customers
• Generate detailed quotes and process sales documentation
• Assisting in Warehouse operations/ deliveries as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter - Essential
• Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks, trailers, and accessories
• Use of inventory management systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Must be physically fit & have the ability to help out in the stores operation!
• Proficient computer skills
