About the Company & the Role

Our client is within the manufacturing industry. Within this role you will assist with high-volume, end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing licensed truck drivers for project. This temporary role is a hybrid position based in Tullamarine and is expected to be for up to 6 months.

Duties

Within this role you will be responsible for:

• Support end-to-end recruitment for truck driver roles
• Post job ads and manage high-volume candidate traffic
• Source and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews and shortlist suitable applicants
• Conduct reference and compliance checks
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Liaise with hiring managers on progress and candidate updates
• Assist with high-volume hiring targets
• Provide administrative and coordination support across recruitment activities

Your Profile

• 2+ years' experience in a talent acquisition role recruiting within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
• Proactive and resilient with a solutions-focused mindset
• Familiar using ATS/job board platforms (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn)
