Are you driven to make a real impact in student wellbeing? We're looking for a Student Safety Coordinator to support in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive university environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Manager, you'll take a hands-on role in developing and delivering key student safety and prevention programs. From managing safeguarding strategies to rolling out awareness campaigns, you’ll be central to creating a culture of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement student safety and wellbeing initiatives
• Support case management and safeguarding processes with sensitivity and professionalism
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to respond to emerging needs
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on safety and policy awareness
• Monitor program effectiveness and contribute to ongoing improvements
• Offer expert guidance to staff and students on safety concerns

About You

You’ll bring compassion, expertise, and energy to the role, along with:

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields
• Proven experience in case management and prevention-based roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
• The flexibility to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
• Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
