ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Indigeco is seeking a confident and proactive Office Manager on behalf of its client to lead the Adelaide office’s operations and culture.
Reporting to the National Administration Lead, you’ll oversee a small local administration team while working closely with regional and national leaders to ensure smooth business operations and an engaged, connected workforce.

ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion office culture through planning and delivering events, coordinating onboarding programs, and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Drive process improvement by enhancing efficiency and aligning local operations with national standards.
- Lead and develop a small admin team through mentoring, capability-building, and hands-on guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with regional leadership and building management to address office and facilities matters promptly.
- Plan ahead for workforce changes, ensuring equipment, resources, and reporting are always on track.
ABOUT YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Demonstrated experience in office management or senior administration, ideally within a corporate or professional environment.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage competing priorities, and maintain effective operational systems.
- Ability to work four days per week in the office (Adelaide CBD) to provide on-site leadership and team support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
