Salary Range: $73,391 to $75,696 (pending experience) + Super

We’re seeking a professional and highly organised Administration Officer to provide dedicated support to the Director, School Improvement Services and Facilities and Planning Administrator.

In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate meetings, events, travel and professional development; manage diaries, correspondence and stakeholder communications; and ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes - all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the operational and strategic functions of the School Improvement Services team - from coordinating project submissions and managing documentation to maintaining accurate records and overseeing compliance requirements.

With strong administration experience and exceptional attention to detail, you’ll be confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and systems such as TechOne.

Your professional, warm and proactive approach will help you build strong relationships across the organisation, supporting the delivery of high-quality services that enhance learning outcomes for students across our schools.
