About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with medical clinics across Australia, helping them implement our AI receptionist solution, and ensuring their long-term success.

This role reports to the Business Development Manager and includes travel to clinics, events, and conferences as part of your portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned clinics — serving as their first point of contact for all account and relationship needs

Drive new clinic sign-ups and oversee end-to-end onboarding and adoption

Support the onboarding team with CMS updates, troubleshooting, and client change requests

Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to practice managers, clinic owners, and GPs

Attend industry conferences and regional events to generate leads and represent the brand

Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine sales journeys

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years’ experience in SaaS, B2B, or healthcare sales

Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach and passion for healthcare innovation

Experience working with GP clinics or in the healthcare sector is a bonus but not essential
