About the role

Bellek Solutions is seeking a motivated and talented Sales Consultant to join our team in our North Adelaide office.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative automotive solutions and services, with a focus on building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or industry sector

Scheduling and conducting sales meetings, presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions

Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and competitor offerings

Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline data in our CRM system

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Candidates with sales experience from any industry will be considered, with automotive industry experience being preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

A passion for all things automotive and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field would be highly regarded

Australian citizenship is required for this position
