Our client is looking for an experienced Network & Systems Administrator to manage and support client IT environments across networking, cloud services, and hardware infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable systems and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and maintain client network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues across diverse client environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, managing accounts, permissions, and security policies such as MFA and Conditional Access.
• Support and maintain hardware infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Provide both remote and on-site support for complex technical issues and act as an escalation point for the help desk team.
• Document all work within PSA and RMM tools and maintain accurate client technical documentation.

Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in network and systems administration, ideally within an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and related security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory management.
• Solid understanding of server and workstation hardware support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, CCNA) are highly regarded.
