This position will be in the Fairfield branch, with Hybrid work options.

You’ve led a technical support team and you have become the unofficial go-to person for escalations and process improvement. The role is for a self motivated, collaborative and hands-on senior level experienced engineer capable of leading daily tasks, project, people, clients and infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll be leading two groups of support technicians – a NOC & Level 1 SD team who keep frontline tickets, health checks, and daily service operations on track, and a Level 2 team who handle the trickier tickets, root cause investigations, and high-severity incidents both onsite and remote callouts. This team work across multiple client requests from end user support to Data Centre rack and stack, this is where your experience and knowledge onsite will need to shine. You won’t just be sitting on the side-lines; you’ll step in as senior field service, train your team, and make sure they are supported, organised, and clear on what needs to be done.
The environment is technical, so being comfortable in networks and systems is very important, what also matters most here is your ability to manage processes, keep SLAs on track, and give the team the structure and leadership they need to succeed. You’ll be the calm, steady voice in the room when something breaks, and the one who creates better documentation, cleaner runbooks, and smarter ways of working so the same problems don’t keep coming back.

Technical Experience:
Minimum of six years’ experience in MSP on the field and in admin
IT Systems including Active Directory, DNS, Group policy, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Dynamics365, Google workspace
Smart hands experience across Data Centre build, projects and onsite works
Experience in automation and scripting (Powershell)
Experience with Cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365
A current Windows Server environment
A Hyper-V or similar virtual environment
Demonstrated experience in the planning and management of server and network Infrastructure
Demonstrated experience of data protection and backup solutions.
Demonstrated experience across VOIP systems
Demonstrated strong Change Management discipline for all aspects of IT Infrastructure management including documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Effective skills in Data Centre infrastructure experience and deployments
Supporting our 365/24/7 Service Desk
Managing & Using industry Ticketing & RMM
Prepare Client Projects, Budgets, Recommendations and portfolio management
Project Manage migrations - this includes after hours / weekend work within the salary.
Be an effective team leader and contributor to all members of the tech team
