Fleet Support is a specialist in heavy vehicle electrical and safety systems, servicing fleets across South Australia. We work with major bus, truck, and transport operators to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and reliable.

We're now looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air-conditioning systems across a range of heavy vehicles, including buses, trucks, and specialty fleet vehicles. The role includes both workshop and mobile service work.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair A/C systems in heavy and light vehicles

Perform re-gassing, leak testing, and compressor replacements

Work alongside auto electricians on integrated electrical and cooling systems

Maintain accurate job records in ServiceM8

Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient work for our fleet clients

About You

Qualified Automotive Air Conditioning Technician (ARCtick licence essential)

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive air conditioning experience required

Experience with heavy vehicles or fleet environments preferred

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-focused

Current driver's licence

Australian citizenship required
