We’re looking for a high-performing pest control professional who can do more than just spray and go. This role is for someone who’s ready to step up, take responsibility, and grow with a fast-moving business that’s serious about standards.

You’ll need to bring a rare mix of sales ability, people skills, and technical competence, including:

Termite inspection experience - Must be licensed and confident.

Sentricon baiting system installation & servicing experience or the technical ability to learn fast.

Sales & relationship skills - You will be representing a respected brand, not hiding in the truck.

Professional communication - Verbal and written. You’ll be trusted to talk to our clients directly.

Follow-through & reliability - If you say you’ll do it, you do it.
