We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Brisbane team in a permanent capacity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor project costs against budgets
- Raising Progress Claims/Invoices and submitting to Clients
- Compiling new Site Folders, ready for issue to the Site Teams
- Assisting the Sales & Operations teams as required
- Reviewing payment schedules & retentions
- Prepare pre and post project documentation
- Undertake customer calls to follow up overdue invoices
-Liaise with Clients, Office & Site Teams to ensure efficient project communication and delivery

Requirements:
- Cert IV Business Administration or equivalent desirable
- Previous experience with an accounting system, such as MYOB.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation and external parties.
- Previous Cost management experience (advantageous)
- Document Management system experience (advantageous)
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to work unsupervised whilst meeting tight deadlines.
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on health and safety within the workplace.
