THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician who is ready to take the lead. You’ll oversee installations, support our apprentices, and ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.

You’ll be working across a variety of projects including:

Residential and commercial solar installations

Battery storage systems (Sigenergy, Tesla, Sungrow, BYD etc.)

Smart automation and energy monitoring

General electrical and maintenance work

As battery installations surge due to the Federal Battery Rebate, we require someone confident in battery commissioning and system integration.

ABOUT YOU
You're a confident and methodical electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys guiding others. You value structure, safety, and doing the job right the first time. Key Requirements:
✔️ A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
✔️ CEC Accreditation – Grid-Connect with Battery Storage
✔️ Confidence with battery commissioning
✔️ Current Driver’s Licence
✔️ Working at Heights (preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership & mentoring skills
✔️ High attention to detail and pride in presentation
✔️ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
✔️ The abilty to remain calm under pressure, dependable, results-oriented, and respectful of systems and processes
