Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and executing dishes to a high standard across multiple sections

Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation in every service

Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Supporting senior chefs with daily operations and mentoring junior team members

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy a la carte or event environment

Passion for fresh, seasonal food and modern Australian cuisine

Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude

Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards

Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
