We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join the team at our Archerfield Recycling Facility as a Leading Hand.

This is a full-time position with overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.

Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.

Carry out day to day operation and maintenance of various vehicles, plant, and equipment.

What you need to be successful:

Experience in supervising operations with a focus on production improvement and maintenance.

Proven experience in a mobile and fixed plant environment, with a background in mining, mineral sands, crushing hard rock or any floatation process highly regarded.

Front End Loader experience.

Proven experience in maintenance, including monitoring and operating fixed plant equipment such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens, tele stackers and pugmills.

Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
