We are growing and looking for that 1 person who is not quite ready to give up the tools, but wants to start their next level of responsibility and new skills. Working directly with the Company Foreman, you will be responsible for quality control checks pre-delivery, helping out on the factory floor as needed, assisting with schedulling, meeting Job timeframes and starting the transition to 3D drawings.

Aspen Cabinets - Based in Burpengary East

Full Time Position – Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm

Be trade qualified

Excellent attention to detail and workmanship - committed to work quality

Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment

Able to use your own initiative

Motivated with Good work ethic

Good communication & problem solving skills

Must be punctual & reliable

Be able to keep work flow on track to meet deadlines

Must be neat, tidy and keep area safe

Need to be able to read/understand plans and 3D drawings

Knowledge of equipment such as CNC, Edge Banders & Panel Saws advantageous

Forklift license is well regarded but not essential

Have own tools

2nd, 3rd & 4th Year Apprentices welcome to apply

Full Australian driving license and own reliable transport. (Desirable, not essential)

Immediate start available (3 month Probationary Period).
