Your responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service by engaging effectively with clients in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Escalate complex or non-standard enquiries to the appropriate Centre of Expertise for resolution.

Stay up to date with relevant policies, legislation, and business processes to provide accurate and efficient support.

Accurately record customer interactions using multiple technology platforms, while consistently meeting daily and monthly KPIs.
