We’re looking for a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our company and the creative voice behind our online presence.
About the Role
As our Front Desk Receptionist / Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression—both in person and online. You’ll manage daily front desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and keep the office running smoothly. At the same time, you’ll bring our brand to life on social media by creating engaging content, showcasing our stunning timber joinery and architectural products.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Reception
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and showroom area.
Provide administrative and personal assistant support to the General Manager and Sales Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Develop and schedule engaging content for the Cedar West social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
Assist with creating and editing marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers and email newsletters).
Ensure consistent branding and tone across all platforms and materials by adhering to the Cedar West style guide.
Respond to basic social media inquiries or direct them to the appropriate sales team member.
Monitor engagement and track basic analytics.
