The Professional’s Real Estate Geraldton are seeking a to fill a full-time position as a receptionist in busy front office.

This position could appeal to school leavers in a gap year or other people looking for a long-term career.

Main duties include answering and responding to incoming calls, assisting “face to face and telephone clients, general reception duties, re-directing enquiries, taking messages, word processing etc. The receptionist may be required to work with new and existing tenants to ensure their documentation is complete and information is forwarded to relevant parties. The receptionist may be required to assist the Property manager and other administrative roles on occasions.

The role offers an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team. It is a role where individuals can learn the basics or extend their knowledge and skills within the real estate and administrative sector. In addition to Microsoft programs the receptionist will learn relevant software programs including Inspect Real Estate and Slack, Property Tree, Vault RE, REIWA Trello and Inspection Express.

The Professionals are seeking an energetic, well-organized person who is keen to apply their skills in a business setting. The successful applicant will have basic computer skills, be well presented and have strong communication skills. A WA drivers’ license is essential.
