Join a well-established electrical contracting company based in Bayswater, Western Australia, known for quality residential & commercial work and a strong, supportive team.
We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Service Coordinator / Office Manager with the creativity and confidence to help grow our social-media & marketing presence.

About the Role

This position combines office administration, scheduling, coordination, and social-media marketing.
You’ll handle the day-to-day flow of service jobs — scheduling electricians, communicating with clients, managing data — while also creating engaging online content that builds our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee admin, scheduling, and service coordination to keep operations running smoothly

Communicate with clients and suppliers to deliver exceptional service

Support project and finance teams with accurate job data & reports

Create & manage content for social-media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Assist with marketing campaigns & digital engagement strategies

Ensure effective job flow between office, field teams, & management

What We’re Looking For

Admin or coordination experience within an electrical, trade, or service company (essential)

Excellent communication & organisational skills

Familiar with scheduling software or CRMs (SimPRO, AroFlo, ServiceM8 etc.)

Social-media / marketing experience highly desirable (training offered)

Reliable, proactive & team-oriented with strong attention to detail

What’s on Offer
