Our client who is based in the north-east suburbs of Perth are a leading manufacturer of residential and light commercial aluminium windows, doors and frames along with bespoke glass products.

They are currently seeking an additional Client Liaison / Customer Service to work alongside 5 others in the scheduling section of the business. There are approx. 80 others that work on the site in a production and office environment and the facilities are state-of-the-art!

Duties:

• Being the go-to person for the home-owner providing updates and handling any questions / queries along the way
• Creating reports and raising job orders
• Helping to coordinate and schedule customer orders and providing updates where needed
• Utilising several databases including V6 and Oracle

About You:

This role will suit someone who has ideally had previous admin / customer service experience within the building & construction or manufacturing industry before and understands timeframes / delays and at times product supply restraints.
You will be able to demonstrate an exceptional phone manner, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.

Please note: This position requires full Australian working rights. (Sorry, no holiday visa's)

Details:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm
• $35.80 p/hour + Super
• Casual with a view for permanency after 3 months
• Full Training is provided with the role.
