The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our client’s business as a Customer Service Representative. They are an Australian leading manufacturer of steel building products delivering customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
The clientele are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions offered and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each customer receives nothing short of exceptional service.
A full training program will be provided to all new employees.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm.
What Will You Do?
This position offers diversity and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. Alongside general sales and customer service responsibilities, your duties will include:
- Interacting with our customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
- Following up on quotations and enquiries, converting these into sales opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- Administrational tasks
- Scheduling and booking orders/shed components
- Continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience

- Experience working in a customer service environment
- High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrated computer competency including MS Office
