Production and Manufacturing Workers – Western Suburbs

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production and Manufacturing Workers to join two leading companies located in Melbourne’s western suburbs — one specialising in poultry processing and the other in metal and hardware manufacturing. These roles offer consistent full-time hours and excellent opportunities for long-term work within supportive and safety-focused environments.
About the Roles:
You’ll be working in fast-paced production environments across two major sites:

• Laverton: Poultry processing facility involving packing, sorting, and quality checking of food products.
• Brooklyn: Manufacturing site producing metal hardware components and assemblies.

Both locations require reliable and flexible candidates who can work variable shift times and maintain a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Packing, sorting, and labelling products on production lines
• Operating and monitoring machinery or assisting in assembly work
• Performing quality checks and following strict safety procedures
• Completing manual handling and maintaining clean work areas
• Supporting daily production targets in a team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse work (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced or cool environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Must be able to work in cold environment
• Must be able to work with chicken products
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work variable start and finish times across day and afternoon shifts
• Full working rights in Australia

Shifts:

• Day and Afternoon Shifts available – variable start and finish times (flexibility required)
