The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Junior – Mid Level HSE Advisors to join our growing Project Delivery Team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant and positive work environments across major mining and civil projects — including earthworks, rehabilitation and construction.

This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 8:6 roster, offering up to $140,000 + Super.

What You’ll Do

• Implement, monitor and review site HSEQ Management Plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, client requirements and internal systems.
• Partner with project and site teams to drive a proactive, safety-first culture.
• Provide advice and support on risk management, incident reporting, and audits.
• Contribute to training, assessments and safety initiatives onsite.
• Support the continuous improvement of safety management systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HSE role within the mining and/or civil construction sector.
• FIFO experience essential; Rio Tinto site experience highly regarded.
• Strong working knowledge of safety systems such as MYOSH or INX.
• Training and Assessor experience desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Diploma in Work Health & Safety and a current White Card.
• Full working rights in Australia (WA-based candidates only).
