About Us

About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Psychologist, Counsellor, or suitably qualified Allied Health professional to join our growing team based in Rockhampton or Gladstone, Queensland.
You’ll provide face-to-face and Telehealth mental health and wellbeing support to participants engaged in employment and vocational education programs. The role is diverse and rewarding — supporting people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

No traffic jams — shorter commutes and more time to spend doing what you love.
Lifestyle and community — welcoming locals, excellent schools, and a strong community spirit.
Close to nature — explore beaches, national parks, and the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
Year-round sunshine — take advantage of Queensland’s warm climate and outdoor lifestyle.
Whether you choose Rockhampton, a vibrant regional centre with great amenities, cafes, and heritage charm — or Gladstone, a coastal hub surrounded by stunning natural beauty — you’ll enjoy a fulfilling professional role and a relaxed way of life.
