We’re on the lookout for a passionate and down-to-earth Psychologist (Provisional, General, or Clinical) to join our friendly and supportive team!

If you love working with people from all walks of life and want to make a real difference while growing your skills — this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll have the chance to work with kids, teens, and adults across a mix of assessments, therapy, and community-based supports. Every day looks a little different — from helping a young person manage anxiety, to supporting parents with behaviour strategies, to writing a report that truly captures a client’s story.

We’ll give you all the tools, supervision, and support you need to develop confidence, independence, and your own unique therapeutic style.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing warm, evidence-based therapy for clients across the lifespan.

Building skills in psychometric and functional assessments (we’ll train you if you’re newer to this).

Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team with OTs, speechies, and support coordinators.

Writing reports and treatment plans that make sense — not just tick boxes.

Bringing your personality and creativity to sessions — we love new ideas!

Joining regular supervision and PD to keep learning and growing.

Making a genuine impact in a community that values connection, inclusion, and care.

Who We’re Looking For:

A Provisional, Registered, or Clinical Psychologist (AHPRA registration required).

Someone who’s curious, kind, and eager to learn — we’ll help you build your skills.

Confident (or willing to become confident!) in using a mix of approaches like CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.

Great communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.

Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Open to long-term work in a boutique setting where you can really see your impact.

Holds a Current Working with Children Check/Police Check, Driver's License.

And if you’ve had experience with NDIS clients, neurodevelopmental assessments, or behaviour support — that’s a bonus!
