LOAN MANAGER

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences?

We’re looking for a LOAN MANAGER to join our friendly and professional team at Premier Tax & Bookkeeping at Campbelltown, SA. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our brokers with the end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, stress-free journey from submission to settlement.

What You’ll Do

Support brokers throughout the entire loan process from application to settlement.

Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other key stakeholders to keep applications moving smoothly.

Manage client documentation and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

Maintain accurate data entry and organised digital records.

Provide clear and timely communication at every stage of the process.

Contribute ideas to improve internal systems, workflows, and overall team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in loan processing, mortgage broker support, or banking/finance administration.

Hands-on experience in loan processing software, preferably AFG/Flex.

Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Clear, professional, and confident communication, both written and verbal.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
