The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to join our team full-time in Mawson Lakes.

You’ll play a pivotal role supporting our clients through their loan journey, from the first steps through to settlement and beyond. Every day will bring variety as you manage communications, track loan milestones and conduct re pricing plus keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. Your ability to juggle priorities, work with deadlines and hero long lasting relationships with clients and lenders will make you a valued part of the team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients throughout their loan journey and beyond.

Support our lead broker and team of 12 staff.

Conduct check-ins and rate reviews to keep clients feeling supported well after their loan settles.

Keep our CRM and client data up to date.

Meet clients in person to finalise and sign documents when required.

Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance client experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a CSM who thrives on people, problem-solving, and creating a five-star client journey.

Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services is highly regarded but not required. On the job training will be provided.

Strong understanding of customer service and administration best practices.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.

Able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment.

Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking initiative.
